Whom have you protected all this time? Who is it that you have been concealing all this while? It’s you. You have been truly in the darkness, never allowed to shine. Have you ever been truly allowed to shine? This text is about you, me, us. Can you see what unites us all?
The one you have always shielded is yourself. When you were born, you were perfect. Everything was ready for you to experience the world as it was intended for us. However, we are born here entirely naked and bare. As a blank canvas that gets colored as we grow. It’s colored with every word, every action, every omission, every touch, and every touch not received. With every gesture of respect, jealousy, and hatred.
The task of your childhood is to provide the necessary tools for your soul’s journey. Do you see what these consisted of? Suppression, silence, invalidation. Best of luck on your journey.
You thought you had experienced love and genuine acceptance. You thought life was like this for everyone. How wrong you were.
You got to live your childhood. You are not allowed to say anything else; be thankful because there are those whose entire childhood has been taken away from them. There are those who have experienced much worse. There are those who did not survive. But why do you belittle yourself too? Do you realize whom you protect, who is the one you won’t allow to know the truth? Yourself. You, who have always existed, the one inside you. The soul does not age, it grows from everything you have experienced, regardless of whether you were aware of it or not. You are always the child who has had to live your truth. In your world, in your reality. Your experiences are authentic and true. There is no truer experience than yours; you are the truth.
Look into your eyes and admit what you have had to endure. Why did you become quiet, cautious, uncertain, weak, asking for permission for everything, settling for hell?
Did you ever get intimacy when you needed it? Or did you only get it when someone else needed it and took it from you? Did you receive it, or was it always taken from you?
Have you ever had a real encounter, or were the encounters just demanding light and energy from you? Were you ever really seen? Were you listened to? Did anyone respond to your distress? Was the truth that fed the egos of others more correct than your truth, in which you live? Just like that. You had no value. It didn’t matter what kind of scars these events left on you. As long as other’s egos were satisfied. Were you just expected to endure and swallow everything? Was it believed that you would just be content with living your life for others?
You lived your life for others. You were silenced. You were subjugated to the will of others. You were broken. This is the truth you don’t want to admit to yourself. The truth is so scary that you just want to settle for what you have. After all, you are alive.
Yes. Alive.
And at what price do you have to pay for it every day? You were raised in hell, and now you no longer know the truth. You submit to your fate. Do you notice how the Universe gives back to you in multiples what you give out? You have submitted and lived in darkness. This serves as a catalyst, and do you notice how you never see the light? Thoughts, actions, silence, and contentment have power. With these, you protect what is left of your soul from behind your ego. Do you realize the message you are sending to the Universe? You are feeding your own hell without even noticing it. Of course you won’t notice it. Your truth is the result of the level of consciousness your mind was programmed to in childhood. This is your truth. Life is supposed to be suffering until we die.
You know, however, that life must go on.
Oh, if only you had known that it didn’t have to be suffering and struggle.
You fought for yourself day after day and year after year. Life looked like life. But what price did you have to pay for it every day?
Suddenly a shattered soul would have had to take responsibility for its actions. How? No one ever told you that now you must think for yourself. It doesn’t matter what I am or what I think. How could I get my voice heard now? I can’t.
You scream in pain every day inside, but nobody hears it. You manage. Of course. What else can you do in life?
You have survived into early adulthood. The price for this you has paid every day in hell. There is no way out from that darkness, and your life’s flow brings you exactly what you call it to bring. Did you know that you can also call light and happiness to yourself? Who would have told you that. You live in the truth. Your truth, in which there is no light. You don’t know any other truth.
You finally find someone to cling to, someone who lifts you up and brings light into your life. But how could two people lost in their own darkness succeed? You saw glimpses of light, but you were both too deep in your own darkness. Oh, how you both struggled and wanted. Even though you thought you found the love of your life, it was just an escape from hell. Both of you were only driving each other deeper in hell, constantly demanding from each other the appreciation you never received from anyone else. But you don’t know how to give genuine appreciation because you have never experienced it. Not to mention true love. Who would have told you that there is also another kind of reality? You wouldn’t have believed it even if you had been told. There is only one truth.
This is the truth you have lived with. You don’t deserve any better. You’re not worth more. This is what you’ve been told all your life. The Universe just responds to your thinking and your truth. You have been fed lies all your life, and you believe in them. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Who could have saved you? Only you. But you didn’t know any better. You wanted only light and love, but you were too deep in your own darkness. Finally, the other gave up, did he see that he was taking everyone even deeper with the sinking ship? Perhaps. Everything that happens, happens for a reason.
Maybe the reason of that soul contract was to bless you with a gift. Gift that won’t let you give up. You survived because you knew there were no other options. However, you are unable to look at the world other than from behind your ego, an ego that only destroys you. You don’t even know this isn’t the truth.
Oh, if only you knew how wrong you are.
Throughout your life, you mirror your insecurities on others. You see the world exactly the way you want, and, in your world, you can’t trust anyone, everyone who comes into your life just takes what you have to give, and you never get anything back. This is how you believe, and this is also how you act. You have no other truth.
Even your own love was not enough to give, even that was reflected back at you as doubt and anger.
You have never been enough for the world. You have said and done everything wrong and when you learn to live right, you do everything wrong again. You thought you were finally doing everything right, but you get more silencing and rejection. You can’t keep anyone close. You only see them as requirements and expectations, not as real people, and that’s how they see you too. No one can ever see the real you. Just what you want them to see, whether you knew it or not.
If only you knew that the truth doesn’t come from others. You can never be perfect like this.
You have fought your way to adulthood in the dark, after all you have been blessed with a gift that keeps you here. Your life has at least one purpose, to give your children a better starting point in life than what you yourself have received. You see in this little blank book just waiting to start its story. Is this how we all come into the world—empty and genuine? However, your ego is too strong.
However, you have awakened something within you. Is this the only truth?
You don’t know how to love yourself. Why would you love? You have manifested your life full of failure and insecurity, yet despite this you got someone by your side again to walk with. Or precisely because of that. You got someone to hang on to again, who lives your life for you, who tells you what to do and say, who does everything for you.
You are still constantly afraid. You know, you know this isn’t right. No, this cannot be the truth. You fear every day that your child will have the same childhood as you had, you fear that whatever you do, it is your children’s destiny to grow up silenced and bullied. It’s the truth of your world. You just had to live it and you can’t control the outcome.
You absorbed everything you experienced and saw the world through glasses of your own past. You lived your world reflecting your own past, reacting to your emotions. Oh, if only you had noticed that you already created your reality by you own decisions.
A relationship where you lived your life through someone else. You did everything you could to live life. You tried to stay afloat by any means necessary. However, fate, God, the Universe, real you? Decided that it is time to wake up and open your eyes. You woke up in full consciousness and thirsted for life. In that moment you saw results of your own actions and choices; hell, the mental landscape you were feeding and manifesting into reality.
For years you lived to please someone by any means necessary. So your happiness wouldn’t be taken away. You had found someone who fills your weaknesses. At what price? The universe takes back what you take from it in multiples. You tried to take love, happiness, support, acceptance. You gave from yourself only despair, uncertainty, fear. You got back bottomless selfishness, rejection and belittling. You had made yourself self-evident, whose duty is to give love and support to keep another in your life.
In exchange for this you get the illusion of success, the price you have paid for this is by making yourself self-evident, you have no opinions, you have no hopes, you have no freedom. You do not have love.
Try to shake this balance built on egos, and you will truly feel it. It is your life and your truth, you have your God, you worship something other than yourself.
Notice how you no longer live? You haven’t even lived. Do you notice how you’ve always lived your life for others, thru others, and nothing has ever been enough? How could you do anything right? How do you think you will get genuine love and acceptance by doing this, when the thing you hate the most in this world is you? You have never given true love and happiness, so how could you ever receive it in return? Everything in the Universe strives for balance.
When you think about your life’s path, and this point you have reached. You are wondering why this has happened. Why haven’t you been happy? Why have you only been afraid and hated yourself? Why have others just taken advantage of you and turned you off? Extinguished your inner flame.
Do you notice how you are always fighting for your life? Do you notice how you live like you are worth nothing? Do you notice how others treat you like you are worth nothing?
The inner flame. You will notice how it is in you. There it is and has always been. Why don’t you let it run wild? What’s stopping you?
Insecurity.
Insecure about your ability to live? Why?
Life is endless giving, surviving, waiting for what others give or take from me. How can I ever do the right thing if I don’t know what is expected of me? I want to be accepted by any means necessary.
Do you notice how you are always put in situations where you are treated like you are worth nothing?
Do you notice how you are always in fear? Do you notice how you always must protect yourself?
Do you notice how you are always seeking approval and validation from others?
I have built a wall behind which I dare not say or do anything that is my truth. That I don’t shake the illusion I live in. Where everything is built on other people’s expectations.
Why did you build this? What don’t you dare to see that which is behind your wall?
I don’t want to face humiliation, hatred, rejection, belittling. I protect the one who has never faced anything else in their life.
Has your wall been helping you? Do you notice how all your life you have been able to enjoy exactly what you have feared the most? You have lived your life in a hell that was built for you and that you yourself have maintained.
Do you notice how the authentic you behind your wall has always been screaming to get out? Has always begged you to stop. Otherwise, you wouldn’t feel the deep darkness. Our soul never grows old, it evolves from everything we experience. The one screaming inside you is you, it’s always been you, it’s the child who was never allowed to live.
It’s me. I have lived my life exactly as I feared it would happen. I have received from the flow of life exactly what and only what I have invited to me with thoughts, words and deeds.
Is it time to get to know who you really are? Who have you always been? Who were you born to be?
You never got to see, experience, enjoy, love. Would it be time now? This is what you are yelling at yourself. You are already shouting so loudly that you can no longer refuse to listen to yourself. Notice how no one has ever lived for you? You haven’t lived neither.
It wasn’t you who gave the cold stares; it wasn’t you who belittled your choices, it wasn’t you who twisted your opinions into nothing. It wasn’t you who demanded of you everything you can’t do.
It wasn’t you.
Everything in your life and in this Universe is neutral by default. Do you notice how you give each event either a positive or negative charge in your thoughts and react accordingly. As you have lived your life for others, by feeding their ego, those whose ego you have fed have also lived their life for others. They have also tried to find acceptance and love from where they will never find it.
From others. Acceptance from anyone other than themselves.
You have dug yourself so deep into hell that there is no way out. No one will help you. Do you notice how you’ve hit a wall that you can’t pass anymore. You are drowning and finally you realize it yourself. You cry for help in every direction, but you can’t get help anywhere. Not even from where you have drawn all your love and blind trust. Do you notice how no-one helps you?
How could anyone help you when they can’t even help themselves? Everything is taken, but nothing is ever given.
Now you understand. Everything has always been taken from everyone. From what could they have given? Their trust, love, faith has been taken away. How could they have given trust, love and faith to another, if they themselves don’t have these, never have had?
You don’t have anyone. Never has been. You are alone. No one has ever seen or known you, not even yourself. Every encounter has been an encounter with these broken souls who only seek and long.
You are alone in this world.
You are all alone.
But do you realize who has always been with you? You. You have seen and experienced everything. You are the only one who knows what you have experienced. Who has always been there to lift you up from the darkness? Who has given the strength to continue forward? Who has given the opportunity to rejoice in your successes? Who has loved – and only loved you to this day? You. No one can ever see your truth as it is. You are the truth. You’re already living it. Give a thought. Give the decision.
When you have found yourself. Not the image of yourself fed to you by your ego – but Your Self. Your purge to this point has been hell.
You had to face everything alone. Do you notice how you have nothing but yourself? You cannot live your life through others. That is no longer possible.
All your life you’ve just been waiting. When will it be your turn to live this life? When is your turn to enjoy and to be happy? To finally feel that deep peace that feels like a lie which has been fed us so we stay here as slaves. Just waiting for our turn. Just waiting. For tomorrow? That tomorrow never comes. You don’t live.
You are dead. Would it be time to get to know that who you really are? Who have you always been? Who were you born to be? Now you are born again, but instead of hell, to Paradise.
It is you who has always longed for love and acceptance. But you’ve always had someone who loves and encourages you. After all, you’ve always had someone who has always accepted you just the way you are. And has never abandoned you. It is you. Do you notice what happens when you give yourself the opportunity to love your inner child, you, and accept this unconditional love? When you give yourself the opportunity to make mistakes and you always have someone to lift you up and help you learn from these mistakes? You have someone who has always known the truth. Knew what your life’s purpose is, knew who you are.
The purpose of life is to enjoy, experience, try, love. Experience this Paradise with all your senses. You always knew this. You just forgot.
Do you notice how nothing in this journey has happened by chance? Everything you have experienced and learned has brought you to this point. Open your eyes and wake up.
You are born again. Realize that there is power in thoughts. Your thoughts have already made you die and see hell. Now is your chance to choose differently. Do it. You’ve already got everything you need for this journey. Let go and allow the flow of your life to bring all this to you. You are here on purpose and your journey is already made ready for you. You’ve been resisting this current for too long and where has it led? So. All you have to do is enjoy the ride.
Do you notice how you give each event either a positive or negative charge in your thoughts and react accordingly. Surrender and you will see how true this is. See, experience, feel all this beauty, now it’s possible. This Paradise could not be seen from hell. You create your reality. See how each experience that comes your way is an opportunity for adventure, for to learn and experiment everything new. Let yourself experience all that you really want to experience. All that you never did not get to experience.
You make the reality; you make the world. You are the reality. You are the God.
Do you realize how complete and loved you are? Do you realize how perfect this world is? Why is this not your truth? Only you know your path. You can’t make the wrong choices when you truly listen to yourself and what you have to say. Do you notice how you have got your voice back? Living in hell is no longer an option. You’ve taken back what’s yours. Your inner flame is raging.
Do you notice how each of us is like you? How they just see everything as they choose to see it. The ego is strong here. How could you experience uncertainty, anger, sadness, shame, envy, bitterness anymore. You can not. You no longer feel any of these. It has been replaced by strength, pleasure, joy, pride, happiness, love, light. Everything else in this world is the talk of the ego, the devil. How could you see the hatred, envy, bitterness directed at you anymore?
You can not.
You won’t see any of these anymore. The one you’ve always tried to please and who has only made demands and contempt for you has been replaced by another like you who lives their own reality. Mirroring in this reality his ego behind everything their experiences as anger, envy and bitterness. These feelings are not your reality. Do you notice how you have the freedom to choose? You don’t let the bitterness of others affect you, you know the truth and your reality.
The ego gets stronger when it is fed.
You no longer feed the ego of others, you see behind it, and you no longer mirror the expectations of others back at them. You show them who they really are. You no longer mirror to them what they are used to seeing and experiencing; insecurity, fear, inadequacy. You force them to see themselves. That authentic true soul within each of us that we each have to protect.
Do you understand, do you see, what our purpose is? Why are we here? The answer is simple. We are here to experience Paradise and its wonders. Do you understand, do you see who you are? You are light and love.
Do you see now how everything has always been a lie? Humanity lives in hell on earth. Nothing you’ve ever learned or experienced will matter if you choose to. However, nothing happens by chance. Everything that happens, however, has a purpose that you should learn. Experiences make you grow. Accept what you can’t control, but you have to decide in which direction these things can lead your life. Don’t take anymore. You’ve gotten it all.
Give others your real acceptance and you have found balance, harmony. Good does not need evil to prove its existence. Happiness does not need sadness to prove or justify its existence. Remember, everything you give to the Universe and others comes back to you in multiples. For better or for worse.
You have just recreated your world. You have created a new reality. We are all one in this reality.
See how thoughts have power? You knew the truth and believed in yourself. You believed. You accepted and appreciated yourself. You took off every layer of lies and found who you have always been. You fell in love with yourself, and you won’t agree to live without this love anymore.
True Love never takes. It gives.
And truly, whatever you give to the Universe, you get back in multiples and the Universe, God, Divine Creation, guides the two souls together.
Two souls who have always been looking for each other since the beginning of time. Two souls who could never have loved each other broken and fragile, behind their egos, without the journey they have traveled. Everything that happens happens for a reason.
When I look into your eyes, I see another soul that also sees another of its kind. I cannot see your ego. I do not look the devil in the eye. None of the things I needed to see in others in order to be whole show up in you. I see you unconditionally.
You helped me see the Paradise. It has always been in you and now it will forever be in me.
Oh, and how I love that sight.
We are divine Love in its purest form. We are one. I don’t see my life through you. I don’t live for you, but I will do everything to make our moments as beautiful as I want them to be for myself. You get all my love and devotion, nor nothing else.
Do you notice how true Love never takes? It will give. You are now free to unconditionally love another of your kind. You can just love because there is nothing to fear. This Love is the greatest gift that you can give to another and receive from another.
You have opened your eyes and woke up. You have seen the truth. Now you remember who you are.
